At Bartesian, we want you to enjoy every pour; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your cocktail maker, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that consumable cocktail capsules are final sale to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Bartesian maker in its original packaging, including all accessories and power cords, to ensure it arrives safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
